Olajuwon Osibanjo is a seasoned Accountant and Banker with over 20 years’ experience. He started his career as a Senior Clerk at United Bank of Africa PLC in 1988. He has since distinguished himself as a brilliant and successful Banker having functioned as Senior Banking Officer: Branch Operations, Sub Manager: Foreign Currency Domiciliary Accounts, Asst. Manager: Inter-branch Operations, Manager: Head, Treasury and Money Market Operations, Senior Manager: Head, Payroll and Payment Dept. Centralized Processing Centre. Head of Department, Shared Services, Zain Nigeria (Now Airtel). He later became a robust Human Resource Personnel with series of trainings designed to encourage transparent and unbiased recruitment and promotion process to attract, retain and develop best fit employee for any organization. He has participated in various Performance Management Workshops which includes the Celtel Group New Performance Management and Culture System with emphasis on behavioral indicators and the Zain HR Academy, an internationally recognized HR training (Masters Degree equivalent in Bahrain, Kenya and Jordan) to boost his career as a Professional HR Consultant. Olujuwon is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is a holder of Masters in Business Administration (Operations Management) from Lagos State University, Ojo. He is currently the CEO of Capetrust Investment Limited, a company with strong vision on shared services delivery, Property Management, Asset Management, Financial Advisory and Funds Management. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from the Federal Polytechnic Bida and obtained his Master of Business Administration with specialization in General Management from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an experienced professional with over twenty-one years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, and Investment, Accounting, Business management and Tax management. Femi Adigun started his career with Adesoji Fakunle and Co. (Audit Firm). Later he joined Amana Consortium- a project Management Consultancy Firm before moving to Afromedia Nigeria Limited. Afterward, he joined Intercontinental Bank Plc and also, worked with EMI Capital Resources Limited (A member of Nigeria Stock Exchange). In December 2010, he left Osiquip Nigeria Limited as Chief Finance Officer to join Clear Edge Professional Services Limited. He is the managing Director of the Consulting firm. Segun is a seasoned professional and an astute Administrator with almost three decades post-qualification working experience in Investment Banking, Credit and investment analysis, Financial Intermediation, Equipment Leasing and Fund management services. Segun started his working career with Nationwide Merchant Bank Limited(formerly Platinum Bank and later metamorphosed to Bank PHB) in 1993, where he acquired practical banking experience particularly in the area of Corporate Finance, Equipment Leasing Credit and Financial Advisory Services. He joined Gold Vision Consulting Limited in 1997 where he worked as a senior Research Executive. In 1998 he joined Suburban Trust Savings and Loans Limited where he rose to the position of Group Head, Business Development. He subsequently joined Citicorp Financial Services Limited at inception, in July 2002 and had demonstrated a committed and strong marketing skill in the area of Business Development. He is noted for his outstanding contributions to the growth Of the Company’s Balance Sheet size through the creation of Bankable Risk Assets. He was the Group Head, Credit and Business Development of the Company till March 2010 when he was promoted to the position of General Manger/ Chief Operating Officer with a higher responsibility for the day to day running of the affairs of the Company. Segun led a process of change which tremendously improved the position of the Company and was promoted by the Board as the substantive Managing Director/CEO of Citicorp Financial Services Limited (now CFS Financial Services Limited) in August 2011. Segun left CFS Financial Services Limited to join KC Finance and Investment Limited, (now Credite Capital and Investment Limited) in September 2014 as the Managing Director/CEO with a great vision to turn around the fortune of the company to profitability. He is known for his excellent interpersonal relationship skill. Segun is a lover of challenges and a resourceful team player. He is a moderate socialite and a member of some thriving social clubs in Lagos. Segun is alumnus of The Polytechnic Ibadan specializing in Business Administration and Management, He also holds an MBA with emphasis in Financial Management from Ondo State University. He has attended several Management courses seminars and conferences within and outside the country. He is a philanthropist, who believes in helping the needy, as well as giving back to the society, hence his active involvement in constantly giving and reaching out to widows, individuals and corporate organizations. David Pelemo has a performance driven track record for over 25 years with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. As a Chartered Accountant, his experience spans across different aspects of Finance and Accounting, External Audit, Bank Internal Control, Operations, Risk Assessment and Management, Fraud Detection and Investigation. David has extensive experience in different financial engagement which include financial reporting, risk advisory services, training and development for clients, establishing and implementing accounting system for clients etc. He started his career in the Finance Industry as an Audit Manager at Kayode Ibigbami & Co (Charted Accountants) in 1990. He later moved to Magna Mortgage where he was the Business Development Manager in 1997. In 2002, He joined Sterling Bank as the Internal Control Officer, got promoted to the Operations Manager in 2005 and later became the Internal Control Coordinator in charge of 42 other branches in 2010 before he left the bank in 2014. In 2015, he co-founded the Skyop Group of schools in 2015 due to his passion for academic excellence. David Pelemo is a 1990 graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos. He is a holder of Masters in Marketing from the University of Lagos and also a holder of Masters in Business Administration from LAUTECH. He is a Fellow, Association of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Pelemo is happily married with children.

He started his working career as a Banking Operations Officer at First Bank Nigeria PLC in 2003. He has over 15 years’ experience in relationship management and business growth and development in the banking and finance industry till 2013. Chidi Uchendu got his Higher National Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a holder of Masters in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso. He is a certified Access Control Professional (Paxton International, Briton, United Kingdom). He is also a certified Hikvision Security Professional (China). He has attended several other courses and training on Operational Excellent Customer Service at all levels, Time Management, Next Level Relationship Management, Total Quality Management, Loan and Credit Management and Marketing of Banking Collections and services amongst others He is proficient in various Banking Softwares. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Servo Direct LTD. Mr. Chidi is happily married with children.
